3. Submitting a message via the contact form does not create a contract, agreement or obligation between you and us unless expressly stated in writing by an authorized representative.
4. While we aim to respond to inquiries promptly, we do not guarantee a response time or that every inquiry will receive a reply.
5. Messages sent through the contact form are not guaranteed to be confidential.  Please do not submit sensitive, confidential, financial, or legally privileged information through this form.
6. Any personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.  By submitting the form, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your information for the purposes of responding to your inquiry.  We will not resell your information.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Image Results, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. SMS Program Description:  By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Image Results, which may include transactional messages, service updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, and/or promotional or marketing messages, depending on your selection.
   
2. Consent to Receive Messages:  Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
   
3. Message Frequency:  Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us but will not exceed 5 messages per week.
   
4. Message & Data Rates:  Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Image Results is not responsible for any charges incurred.
   
5. Supported Carriers:  SMS services may not be available on all carriers or devices. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
   
6. Opt-Out Instructions:  You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message confirming you opt-out.
   
7. Privacy:  We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
   
8. Eligibility:  You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in our SMS program.
