Managing Change
Structured Design for
implementing change, includes decision-making, planning and execution steps
for managing the change. The purpose of the Structured Design which is conducted
in seven phases will substantially increase the likelihood of successful
implementation of change initiatives.
This is a formal process for orchestrating strategic changes involving consulting, diagnosing, and training. This structure can be applied to a broad range of change projects even at different times in the change process. Buoyant organizations know that successful implementation requires special planning, team work, commitment and structure. Buoyant organizations also recognize that resistance to change is inevitable and that change is a process where a high tolerance for uncertainty is necessary. Understanding the Structural Design of this process for implementing and managing a change will minimize the resistance and increase the fulfullment of the intended change. |
